Questions, answered
Will it make things up?+
No. TenderAce answers only from your documents, your Company Brain and the solicitation itself. Every answer shows its source quote and page, and a citation is only kept if that quote really appears in the document. When evidence is missing it says “To confirm: …” and lowers the confidence score instead of guessing.
Does it really keep my Excel formatting and formulas?+
Yes. We don't rebuild the workbook — we edit only the answer cells inside the original file. Logos, merged cells, conditional formatting, data-validation dropdowns, hidden tabs, macros and formulas stay exactly as the buyer made them. Cells that contain formulas are never overwritten.
Which questionnaires work?+
SIG Lite and Core, CAIQ, HECVAT, vendor risk and due-diligence questionnaires, RFP response templates and supplier pre-qualification forms — any Excel (.xlsx/.xlsm) or Word (.docx) file with questions and answer cells or table columns.
Does it work for SAM.gov and state RFPs?+
Yes. It reads Section L (instructions) and Section M (evaluation factors), the SOW/PWS and attachments, flags FAR/DFARS obligations, set-asides and NAICS, and builds the outline around how you'll be scored.
How long does it take?+
